Barbeque hams

A very tasteful artisanal ham for which only the best parts of the ham are selected. Always very nice on cut and with a well-groomed shape so that a very high cutting return is obtained.  

Very suitable as sandwich filling, cold buffet, and hot preparations, barbecue included  

Ham without nutham and shank, halfly degreased. Lightly smoked with a selected blend of wood before cooking (except for the Marmiton).

Vacuum cooked in its own stock. The grillham is lightly grilled after cooking.

Hermetically vacuum packed up in a plastic sack.
Storage life : 6 weeks.
Conservation temperature : 2-6 ° C
