Cooked hams, bone-in

Very traditionnally cooked hams with an exceptionnal taste which are always an eye-catcher in sandwich filling stands or on a buffet. The possibility to do a bone-in presentation  is original and confirms the traditionnal way of preparation.

Those are products for real gourmets
.

The natural salting in brine and the smoking with a selected wood mixture are responsable for the unique taste of these traditionnal bone-in hams.

After salting and smoking, the hams are tied up competently and vacuum cooked in their own stock. The bone of the farmham is only removed just before cooking, so that we obtain the same organoleptic characteristics as the other products of this group.

Hermetically vacuumpacked up in a plastic sack.
