Defatted shoulders

All cooked shoulders of Welda are prepared the same way as the hams and are composed of the entire bundle of muscles of pork shoulders.

Shoulders of ham cooked in their own stock. All defatted bundles of muscles are demembraned. Can be smoked afterwards eventually.

Most of the models are available in the quality "preparation pic-nic" or in CIB (cooked-in-bag) version.

The shoulder Pullman is made without added phosphates.

Hermetically vacuum packed up in a plastic sack.
Storage life : 6 weeks, CIB products : 6 months.
Conservation temperature : 2-6 ° C
